Order cancellation
If the client wants to cancel their order, then they must contact us immediately after the approval of their product within the time limit of 4 hours and only 5% of their paid charges will be deducted. We do not accept cancellation request and issuance of refunds after 24 hours of their approval of their ordered packaging box. So it is essential for the customer to contact us within 24 hours and we will deduct 50% of their charges due to the wastage of resources of our company and the time of our teammates.
Shipment and delivery
In any case, if the delivery of the ordered packaging boxes of our clients gets delayed, due to some situations that are not under our control such as sudden climate changes, network issues or problems related to foreign deals, then Original Packaging is not held accountable for this. If the delay in the shipment of your order is due to our fault, such as machine dysfunction, unavailability of materials, etc then we issue a refund for this mistake to our clients. We assure our clients that our packaging solutions are manufactured from high-quality and maintained equipment and supplies and we do our best not to delay their orders from the date they are scheduled to be delivered.
Proof and Colour Accuracy:
However, we asked you to verify the authentic layout, spacing, punctuation, copying, the position of images, and, most importantly, for any kind of content printed errors before approving the final form proof. Electronic proofs don't deal with transparency; the company is, therefore, not responsible for anything printed on items that have been laminated. The client takes full responsibility for everything that fills in the final approved proof. The colour printed onto the product comes from the submitted artwork document, but it wouldn't be the same as there are inherent limitations of printing forms and bordering picture ink needs for that. Hence, the ensured accuracy of the colours is not guaranteed under any given circumstance. By placing an order, you agree to this downside of the system. The representatives are encouraged to do their best in bringing out the nearest shade but not to be held accountable for colour changes among expected and printed work by the organisation.
